Project Description:

For our Swedish client, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Solution Architect at 0.7 FTE in Warsaw

• Gather information about the current solution through stakeholder meetings, documentation analysis, and assessment of business requirements, impact.
• Identify and mitigate migration risks related to workloads performance and availability. Design architecture in Azure, including components such as Virtual Machines, Vnets, NSGs, SQL databases, Firewall rules, monitoring, backups, and high availability configurations. 
• Validate architectural templates with the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) team and application owners. Deploy the architecture in Azure. 
• Plan migration windows and prepare Change Requests (CRs). 
• Execute workload migrations. Provide potential hypercare support during and after the migration.

Qualifications:

• Experience with automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools, such as PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Azure Bicep. 
• Direct experience migrating workloads from VMware to Azure Native VMs. 
• Professional experience working with cloud solutions in large enterprise environments. Relevant certifications such as: AZ-700, AZ-104, AZ-305. 
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and effective interaction is key. 
• Experience in project leadership, including managing and reporting on progress, communication, and task execution. 
• Strong initiative and the ability to work independently, including creating and executing tasks with minimal supervision.
